Its distinctive design pays homage to vintage work shirts, with classic detailing such as double work style chest pockets and side gussets featuring chainstitch runoff. Dobby refers to both the fabric woven using a dobby loom and the weaving technique itself. The dobby loom is capable of creating regular and continuous patterns, allowing the fabric to exhibit a textured appearance similar to knit patterns. This creates a three-dimensional effect on the fabric without appearing overly mechanical, giving it a charmingly textured look.
