We want you to be fully satisfied with your Japanese denim purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item
Send the package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse in Japan; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the garment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
