Using a short staple cotton for the warp yarns and weft yarns spun using a traditional "gara-bo" technique, the resulting denim features uneveness and nep out of this world, thanks to the vintage Toyoda GL8 looms that the fabric is woven on. Rope-dyed in pure indigo, the warp yarns exhibit a deep blue hue with the core remaining undyed to guarantee beautiful fading down the line. The jeans are sensibly cut with three variations of a straight cut ranging from wide to just a touch slim.
