Studio D'Artisan are by no means strangers to the Natural Indigo-dyed Denim game, with the brand maintaining a long-term relationship with the revered Tokushima-based Shokunin (craftsmen) responsible for bringing to us the coveted hank-dyed Natural Indigo Jeans from past collections. SDA's latest venture seeks to make Natural Indigo much more accessible and at a digestible price point, with the yarns going through a rope-dyeing process as opposed to being individually dyed by hand. While the resulting Denim is much more uniform compared to the Slubby fabrics coming from Tokushima - this is at no detriment to the unique fading experience that Natural Indigo-dyed jeans are known for. 

*Please note that this is an unsanforized pair of denim, and the raw version will shrink up to 10% with the first soak, and will then stretch out with wear.
